Daniel Kuboya holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Finance (2003) and MSc Finance and Investments (2007) from the National University of Science and Technology (NUST), Zimbabwe. He was employed at Old Mutual life Asset Management, Zimbabwe as an Investment Analyst. He is currently employed by a large Multinational Medical research company as Financial Monitor/Analyst in Cape Town RSA. He has work experience in investments, financial, risk and project management. He started his MBA in March 2010 and is currently working on the PIC matrix project with USB and has also commenced his MBA research report in the field of corporate governance under the supervision of Daniel Malan.

Erika Joubert

Erika Joubert has a BA and BA Honours degree in Development Administration from the University of Stellenbosch and has been working in the Southern African development sector for more than 20 years, where she provided independent development services since February 2003. Her work experience includes lecturing at various South African academic institutions, working in local government, as well as primarily in the NGO sector. She has extensive experience in NGO/CBO capacity building, programme development and evaluation, participatory research and needs assessments (including the use of PRA/PLA methodology), organising and provision of training in various topics such as the Project Management Cycle and Logical Framework, the PRA/PLA methodology, advocacy and lobbying, HIV/Aids and gender mainstreaming, development of training methodologies, curricula, manuals and tool kits, as well as coordination of networks and partnership-building. Erika worked as a research analyst on the JSE SRI research project in 2011.

Onesimo Lovemore Mazarura holds a Masters in Development Studies from the University of KwaZulu Natal and a BSC honours in Economics from the University of Zimbabwe. He has 10 years' work experience from both the private and public sectors, specialising in business sustainability, trade policy, development finance, private equity for agribusiness and socio economic research. He was one of five research analysts who worked on the JSE SRI project in 2011. Currently, he is also working on devising and implementing ESG and sustainability framework with an agribusiness fund.

Riedwaan Baboo has a BCom degree with majors in Economics and Business Management and an Honours in Development Studies. He has worked both in the public and private sector in various research roles focusing on socioeconomic development, policy development as well as conducting audits on JSE-listed companies. He has also been actively involved in capacity-building projects targeting vulnerable and marginalised communities within the broader Western Cape. Riedwaan was the local coordinator of the JSE SRI research project in 2011.

Rhys van Wyk studied a BCom Marketing at Stellenbosch University with majors in Marketing and Industrial Psychology and worked in retail property becoming the youngest marketing manager of both N1 City Mall and later Willowbridge Lifestyle Centre. He left property in 2008 and joined the SA wine industry working as marketing manager for a large international wine cooperative conducting business in Central and Southern Africa, Europe and North America. In 2011 he started studying an MBA fulltime at USB and is currently completing his dissertation. Interests include economics, corporate governance as well as ethics and values.
