PROGRAMMES

The Unit offers the following main programmes:

• Core course on Business Ethics and Corporate Governance: This is an existing MBA subject.
  
  
• Corporate Governance elective: Offered by Prof Bob Garratt as part of the MBA programme. This elective will also be open to directors and senior executives.
  
  
• Programmes for company directors: The Unit provides organisation-specific educational and developmental programmes for directors, in conjunction with USB Executive Development Ltd (USB-ED).
