OVERVIEW

The Unit is chaired by Prof Bob Garratt, international corporate governance expert, author and professor extraordinaire at the USB, and headed by Daniel Malan, senior lecturer in Ethics and Governance at the USB. It operates under the auspices of the USB's Centre for Development Policy and Partnership.

The core staff complement and committees are assisted by lecturers from Stellenbosch University, associates from outside the University where specific skills are required, visiting fellows, postgraduate students, including PhD students, and research, technical and administrative staff.
